Start your Flores & Komodo Tour with a pick-up from Ende or Maumere Hotel/Airport (Ende recommended as the starting point). Drive to Moni Village, stopping at scenic viewpoints and traditional villages along the way for photos and cultural experiences.

Overnight stay in Moni.

Early morning, visit Mount Kelimutu for a soft trek to the summit and witness the stunning Three-Colored Lakes and panoramic landscapes. Return to the hotel for breakfast.

Continue to Ndua Ria Traditional Market, visit Wologai Traditional Village, and stop at Blue Stone Beach near Ende. Proceed to Riung with scenic stops along the way.

After breakfast, transfer to the harbor and board a local wooden boat. Visit Kalong Island to witness thousands of fruit bats flying from the mangrove forest.

Continue to Bako/Tembang Snorkeling Spot and Tiga Island for snorkeling and a BBQ lunch on the beach. Return to the harbor and transfer back to your hotel in Riung.

After breakfast, drive to Bajawa. En route, stop at So’a Hot Spring for a relaxing bath (optional). Continue to Bajawa and check in at the hotel.

In the afternoon, visit the local market in Bajawa to experience the local culture and lifestyle.

After breakfast, enjoy an easy trek to Wawo Muda Volcano. Return to Bajawa and visit the traditional Luba and Bena Villages of the Ngada Tribe to experience their unique culture and heritage.

Continue to Mala Nage Natural Hot Spring for a relaxing bath before returning to the hotel.

After breakfast, drive to Aimere Village to witness the traditional process of making local palm wine. Enjoy scenic stops at viewpoints along the way for photography.

Continue via Borong to Rana Mese Lake for a photo stop, then proceed to Ruteng. In the afternoon, visit Liang Bua Hobbit Cave and enjoy stunning views of the surrounding rice fields.

Early breakfast at the hotel, then drive to Cancar to admire the unique Lodok Spider Web Rice Fields. Continue through Narang Village to Denge Village, the starting point for trekking to the iconic Wae Rebo Traditional Village.

Enjoy a scenic 3-hour trek to reach this unique mountain village. A lunch box will be provided during the journey.

Dinner & overnight stay at Wae Rebo Village.

After a simple breakfast, explore Wae Rebo Village and interact with the local community to experience their unique culture and traditional lifestyle.

Trek back to Denge Village and continue the journey to Labuan Bajo via Narang and Lembor Village. Enjoy lunch at Denge or Dintor Village before arriving in Labuan Bajo.

After breakfast, transfer to the harbor and board a local boat to begin your Komodo Tour. Visit Kelor Island or Menjerite for snorkeling, swimming, and relaxation.

Continue to Rinca Island for trekking to spot Komodo Dragons and other wildlife. Later, cruise to Kalong Island to witness thousands of fruit bats flying from the mangrove forest.

Lunch & Dinner will be served on the boat.
Overnight stay on the boat.

Early morning, sail to Padar Island and enjoy breakfast on the boat. Trek to the hilltop to witness the breathtaking panoramic views of Komodo National Park.

Continue to Pink Beach for snorkeling, swimming, and relaxation. Later, visit Komodo Island for trekking to spot Komodo Dragons and other wildlife.

Lunch, Dinner & Overnight stay on the boat near Taka Makassar.

After breakfast on the boat, visit Manta Point for snorkeling and a chance to see giant manta rays (sighting not guaranteed). Continue to Siaba Island for snorkeling, where you may spot turtles if lucky.

Later, visit Kanawa Island for snorkeling, swimming, and relaxation. Enjoy breakfast and lunch on the boat before returning to Labuan Bajo Harbor.

Transfer to your hotel or airport for your onward journey. For same-day flights, a latest afternoon flight around 4:00–5:00 PM is recommended.
